DEPOSIT
All new clients are required to pay a $20 deposit prior to booking or pay a deposit online, which will go toward your services for that day and your credit card will be held on file. In the case that the 24 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Sarah Slade reserves the right to keep that deposit and you will be charged 50% of the services or 100% of the services if you were to no show or same day cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointments are every important to the Sarah Slade Team Members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your service in which was scheduled. If we do not hear from you and you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Any client that does not adhere to this policy will have a balance that needs to be paid before any future appointments can be made.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to modify your scheduled service to fit the remaining time available for the stylist. If we are unable to accommodate you, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service and asked to reschedule.
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you experience any issues with your hair within 72 hours of leaving the salon, please contact us to discuss how we can assist you.
Please note that we do our best to remind you of your appointment times via email and/or text message. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

We kindly ask for your up-to-date credit card information to ensure your scheduled booking, and in order to protect the valuable time of our team.
